In what cases should I use a comma after “please”?

In sentences as – ‘’Please do not hesitate to contact me.’’ You don’t need to include a comma after ‘’please’’.

But in a sentence with ejaculation- ‘’Please, close the door’’, you need to include a comma after ‘’please’’.
