Sample Letter Of Termination Of Contract Service

Sometimes we have to take steps that are not very pleasant either for us or for the other party. Steps such as terminating a relationship with a vendor that has been providing you with a particular type of service such as internet, TV, accounting services, etc. But due to unforeseen circumstances, you have to terminate your contract. The most common reasons for terminating a particular type of service are better pricing from a competitor, moving the office to a new location, you don’t need that service anymore, etc.

In the letter or email, you are going to send, you must include on behalf of which company you are writing ( or at least have it in the signature) when you want to terminate the service and preferably add the reason for terminating the service. Additionally, you can add if you are satisfied with their service, thanking them if it was at a good level. Otherwise, you can explain what you did not like so they can improve in that direction ( any company would want to know what their disadvantages are so they can improve and be more competitive in the market).
