When a company changes its new location, the owner needs to inform all its suppliers, customers about this new relocation. It’s required in order for any future invoices or documents to be prepared with this new location. For this purpose, you need to prepare an email and attach an official letter signed by the owner of the company. The email can be sent to all the required recipients at once by adding the contacts to bcc.
